Here is how checkout, payment methods, billing information, and payment security work at myitoolmax.
Checkout
When you are ready to purchase, select the checkout button from the basket or product page. You may sign in, create an account when available, or continue as a guest depending on checkout options shown at the time.
Before payment, review your item total, shipping information, billing address, discounts, and final order total.

Payment Security
Every card transaction is handled in a secure environment. Payment details are encrypted during transfer and submitted through payment processors or banks rather than being kept by myitoolmax after the order is complete.
Order Verification
To protect customers and the store, some orders may require payment security screening before shipment. Please provide accurate contact details so we can quickly confirm information if needed.
Billing Address and Currency
Please make sure the billing address entered at checkout matches the address connected to your payment method. Prices on myitoolmax are presented for the UK shopping experience, and your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or card fee if your account uses another currency.
Declined or Failed Payments
If payment is declined, check that the card number, expiry date, security code, billing address, and available funds are correct. You may also try another payment method or contact your bank to confirm the transaction is not being blocked for security reasons.
Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check spam or promotions folders first, then email support@myitoolmax.com with the payment email address and any transaction reference you have.
When Payment Is Captured
Most orders are charged when checkout is completed. If your bank shows a pending authorization before the order confirmation appears, wait a short time for the checkout result to settle before trying again.
If you are unsure whether an order was placed, contact support before submitting a second payment so we can check for duplicates.
Discounts, Taxes, and Final Total
Promotion codes, automatic discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and optional services are shown before you confirm payment. Please review the final total carefully because only the amount displayed at checkout will be submitted for payment.
Refunds and Duplicate Charges
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and wallet processing times can vary, so the refunded amount may not appear immediately after we issue it.
If you believe you were charged twice, send your order email address, order number if available, payment time, and a screenshot of the duplicate bank entries. Please hide full card numbers before sending screenshots.
