Track Your Order
Enter your tracking number to check delivery progress. If tracking has not updated yet, please allow time for the carrier to scan the package.
Before You Track
Use the tracking number from your shipment email, not the order number from your order confirmation. Tracking usually becomes available after the package is packed, labelled, and handed to the carrier.
If your order was placed recently, the order confirmation email may arrive before the tracking email.
Where to Find the Tracking Number
Your tracking number is normally sent by email after the package is handed to the carrier. If your order contains more than one item, products may ship separately and tracking may be sent in more than one message.
Delivery Timing
Our usual delivery time is about 5-12 business days after dispatch. In rare cases such as weather, customs, carrier congestion, remote-area handling, or temporary stock delays, delivery may take a few extra days.
Large tools, battery products, and multi-item orders can also require separate handling depending on the carrier route.
Tracking Has Not Updated
Tracking pages can take 24-72 hours to show the first carrier scan. A package may also move between carrier facilities before every step appears online.
If tracking has not moved after several business days, send your order number and tracking number to support so we can help check the package status.
No Tracking Email Yet
If you have not received a tracking email, check spam, promotions, and any alternate email address used at checkout. Orders may still be processing if they were placed during a weekend, holiday, sale period, or temporary stock transfer.
Contact support with your order number and checkout email if the dispatch window has passed and no tracking message has arrived.
Delivered but Not Received
If carrier tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check safe places around the delivery address, building reception, mailbox areas, and nearby neighbours. Some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before final handoff.
If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us with the tracking number and delivery address so we can help review the case.
Address or Carrier Problems
Once a package is in transit, address changes are often limited by the carrier. If tracking shows an address issue, failed delivery attempt, or return-to-sender update, contact support as soon as possible with the correct delivery details.
